Sherwood Wins First Title Since 2007 |

Blake Arsenault stopped 32 shots for the shutout as the Sherwood Metros blanked the Tignish Perry's Construction Aces 7-0 to win game seven of the Razzy's Junior C Championship series and claim the PEI title.
Brandon Sullivan (2-1), Logan Toole (1-2), Jake Arsenault (1-1), Stephen Gaudet, Shawn Corney, and Owen Arsenault scored for the Metros with Tanner Power (3), Patrick Kenny, Luke Dibenedetto, and Hunter Boudreau chipping in with assists.
Brad Shea took the loss in goal for the Aces.
Sherwood outshot Tignish 41-32 and held period leads of 4-0 and 7-0.
Sherwood will go to represent PEI along with the host South Side MacDonald's Excavation / EF MacPhee Lynx next week in Crapaud starting on Wednesday. You can follow along at www.mhnjrc.com.
