The 2012-13 Razzy's Junior C Regular Season concludes on Saturday night with two games. One of those games will decide who gets home ice advantage throughout the playoffs.
The South Side MacDonald Excavation / EF MacPhee Construction Lynx hold a slim two-point lead over the Tignish Perry's Construction Aces for top spot in the league. The Lynx host the Aces Saturday night at 7:40 and can clinch top spot with a win or OT/SO loss. The Aces will have to win the game in regulation to take first place. Although a regulation win would only bring them even in points, the Aces would take top spot because they would have earned more points in head-to-head meetings with the Lynx, which is the league's first tie-breaker.
The Aces have never lead the standings at any point this year, and the Lynx have been on top since the first few weeks of the season.
In the other game on Saturday night, the Tyne Valley Clover Farmers will host the Belfast Surge Energy Sabres at 7:30 in Tyne Valley.
