Aces Repeat as Minor Junior Champions |

Kramer Perry scored with 1:21 remaining in the third to break a 1-1 tie and give the Tignish Aces their second consecutive Minor Junior title.
After falling back in the series 3 games to 2 the Aces completed the comeback on Saturday night with a 3-1 win on home ice to take their 2nd title in a row and 4th in the past 7 years.
Walter Stavert opened up the scoring for North River with an unassisted goal 2:07 into the second period. Stavert's goal stood up until 5:39 into the third when Kenzie Horne (1-1) replied for Tignish, setting up Perry's championship clinching goal. Mike Adams added a marker with 17 seconds left to make the final score 3-1. Mike O'Halloran added two assists for Tignish.
Mark Arsenault faced 25 shots for the win in goal for Tignish, while Kevin MacKay saw 39 in the North River net.
In addition to scoring the biggest goal of the season, Perry also won the playoff scoring race, with 14 goals and 15 assists for 29 points, while MacKay was the top goaltender with a sparkling .914 save percentage and a 2.92 GAA.
