Regular Season Ready to Begin on the 21st |

The planning is over and the Razzy's Junior C Hockey League is getting ready to begin on Friday, October 21st. The matchups on opening night are yet to be determined, but the schedule is currently being drafted and will be released shortly. The league will be an 8-team league in 2011-12 with the Tyne Valley Clover Farmers being added and Montague Sharks being dropped from the 2010-11 list of teams. Joining the expansion Clover Farmers will be the Tignish Perry's Construction Aces, North River Island Excavators Flames, Pownal Red Devils, South Side MacDonald's Excavation / EF MacPhee Construction Lynx, Morell Cover All Construction Crunch, Holland College Junior Hurricanes, and Island Champion Charlottetown Halliwell Consulting Abbies.
The most notable change to the league this year will be that players will be allowed to wear visors in the league this year and mouth guards and neck guards have become mandatory.
The regional Junior C Championships will be hosted on PEI this year. The Tignish Perry's Constrution Aces have won the right to host the Maritime - Hockey North Junior C Championships April 11 - 15th.
